How do I remove the plugs on the door so I can install the handle on model WC1500DSS?

Gently pull the door gasket away from the door at the location of the handle. With a thin flat screwdriver unscrew the plugs from the inside. When finished push the gasket back into place. Additional door reversal instructions are available on individual product pages.

I've lost my product manual. Can I get a replacement?

What steps do I need to take when exchanging my item?

Once you have received an RA number from Avanti Products Customer Service you will need to follow the directions below.

1. Please send the following three items to Avanti Products:
A. A copy of your receipt
B. The model and serial tag from the appliance.
C. The end of the power cord from the appliance.
2. You will also need to send a check for $10.00 to cover the shipping and handling of the replacement. (Please note the RA number in the reference line on your check). The check should be payable to Avanti Products.
3. Send the items to Avanti Products, 10880 NW 30th Street, Miami, FL 33172.

As soon as Avanti receives the items noted above, a replacement appliance will be shipped to you. Please retain the RA number as a reference. RAs are only valid for 60 days.

Why do I hear the cooler turning on and off all the time?

On some of our larger wine coolers you may hear the fan cycle on and off every five to ten seconds. That is normal. It is the fan that circulates the air inside for a consistent temperature throughout the cooler.
