Gently pull the door gasket away from the door at the location of the handle. With a thin flat screwdriver unscrew the plugs from the inside. When finished push the gasket back into place.

Once you have received an RA number from Avanti Products Customer Service you will need to follow the directions below.

1. Please send the following three items to Avanti Products:
A. A copy of your receipt
B. The model and serial tag from the appliance.
C. The end of the power cord from the appliance.
2. You will also need to send a check for $10.00 to cover the shipping and handling of the replacement. (Please note the RA number in the reference line on your check). The check should be payable to Avanti Products.
3. Send the items to Avanti Products, 10880 NW 30th Street, Miami, FL 33172.

As soon as Avanti receives the items noted above, a replacement appliance will be shipped to you. Please retain the RA number as a reference. RAs are only valid for 90 days.
