Return Policy for U.S. and Canadian Customers: We offer a 30-day return policy. Our commitment to your satisfaction is Avanti’s priority. Please fill out our Contact Form for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending the product back. The customer is responsible for the non-refundable pre-paid shipping back to Avanti. Product should be returned in the original shipping container or another sturdy container to minimize any transit damage. Items not returned in the original shipping container may be assessed a packaging fee for proper return shipment. Credit for return will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
Avanti is not responsible for items returned without authorization. Product returned without an RMA or returned to its Distributors and/or Dealers under the auspices of warranty, freight damage or other issues and with the expectation of receiving a credit, replacement, and/or payment for the same without prior review and authorization from AVANTI, The Legacy Companies or Greenfield WorldTrade is strictly prohibited and will become the sole responsibility of the party authorizing the action.
If one of our items are not purchased directly through Avanti Products and you are in need of a Refund you will need to reach out to the Distributor you purchased your item from.
