I've lost my product manual. Can I get a replacement?
All of our product manuals for both current and discontinued products are available on this web site. Click HERE to find the product manual for your discontinued appliance. Current products have a link to the manual on their actual product page.
What steps do I need to take when exchanging my item?
Once you have received an RA number from Avanti Products Customer Service you will need to follow the directions below.
1. Please send the following three items to Avanti Products:
- A copy of your receipt
- The model and serial tag from the appliance.
- The end of the power cord from the appliance.
2. You will also need to send a check for $10.00 to cover the shipping and handling of the replacement. (Please note the RA number in the reference line on your check). The check should be payable to Avanti Products.
3. Send the items to Avanti Products, 3265 Meridian Parkway, Suite 114, Weston, FL 33331.
As soon as Avanti receives the items noted above, a replacement appliance will be shipped to you. Please retain the RA number as a reference. RAs are only valid for 60 days.

Why do I hear the cooler turning on and off all the time?
On some of our larger wine coolers you may hear the fan cycle on and off every five to ten seconds. That is normal. It is the fan that circulates the air inside for a consistent temperature throughout the cooler.
Where are the serial and model numbers located?
There is a silver/white sticker on the back of the product (ranges they are inside the drawer)
Are the part numbers on the actual parts used in our system?
Those numbers are the factory part numbers – we have our own
Are the parts interchangeable between models?
Each model has its own specific parts
Can I find parts pricing and availability online?

What is the parts return policy?
The part may be returned within 30 days if unused. You will need to pay the shipping and handling associated with the return.
Can we use another brand if the parts are discontinued?
We only have knowledge of our own products and are unable to confirm other company’s parts
How do I clean my water dispenser?
Mix one tablespoon of baking soda per every gallon of water. Pour into the machine and allow it to sit for 15 minutes. Flush through the system.
Can I use any service company for warranty service?
Only authorized Avanti service companies should be used
Will my refrigerator work in an unheated garage in the winter?
Refrigerators will not operate correctly in temperatures below 45 degrees F
